oven made s'mores recipe

It is so blazing HOTT here in Oklahoma. The idea of me sitting in front of a campfire does not sound very fun.... even later in the evening its still pretty hot here. When the big guy saw all the s'more supplies at wal-mart today and told me about it... I could NOT resist! If you want to be my bff you should know that marshmallows are one of my favorite food groups.... 'tis true... :-D

(Om nom nom nom....)

I wish I could say that I poured my blood, sweat and tears into these BUUUUTTT.... nope I didn't... Soooper doooper easy!

Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
Completely cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, shiny side up.
Place your Graham cracker halve down and place a big marshmallow on top of it. STOP there!
Put them in the oven for 4 minutes.
Take them out after the 4 minutes is up and place the chocolate square on top of the marshmallow and squish down.... mmmmmmmmmm....
Then place the other Graham cracker halve on top of the chocolate.

Yummy, yummy, yummy I've got love in my tummy!!!!!

I might have had 2.... ok I lied... I ate 3... gah I know right????

The big guy totally loved it...

I wasn't ready to brave the s'more with the little man... but he wanted me to take a picture of him anyway. :-) He looks like a little stinker in this picture! What a cheese ball.

Enjoy!

(vacation pictures to be posted soon!!! woot woot!)
